After purchase, you will receive an email with your profile, which you can activate and add a password to. The Memplate Memorial QR code plate will be sent to the parcel machine of your choice. The QR code will automatically work with your unique profile link. The profile can be filled in by yourself or by someone who has access to the profile.

The profile of the deceased can be changed by the person who has ordered the record and entered their e-mail address when ordering. It is always possible to change the e-mail address.
You can change your profile at any time, if necessary. This is usually done once. You can always add your own reminders to the profile by the QR code of your loved ones.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-2 working days of the sale. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 7 calendar days. Transport within Estonia is free of charge.
The plate can be attached in three different ways.
The Memplate Memorial plaque is fully weatherproof (i.e. water, sun, wind, dust, etc.).
Anyone who scans the QR code on the disc. However, permanent profile data ( dates, name ) cannot be changed by scanning the QR code. This can be done by the profile administrator.
By ordering a new disc, we can transfer the data from the old disc to the new disc by deleting it from the old disc.

Multiple backup solutions: data centre to data centre backup - Finnish data centre backups are stored in Helsinki and Dutch data centre backups are stored in Amsterdam, backed up between both data centres. Local data centres - In Estonia, we have two data centres, the Telia data centre in Sõpruse puieste and the Greenergy next generation data centre in Hüüru. Backups are also made between these two data centres.
